Balance Transfer Request
Requesting a balance transfer is easy and secure! Simply complete the fields below to allow us to transfer any external card balances to your low-rate KEMBA Visa. Upon completion, we will process your request within 24 hours and you will receive an email confirmation. You may request multiple balance transfers up to your current available line of credit. Please note, it may take up to two weeks for processing by your original issuer.
If you’re transferring balances from more than two cards, please indicate that by selecting “yes” on the last question, and a service representative will contact you to complete your request. If you prefer speaking to a representative to transfer your balance(s), please call us at 614.235.2395 or 800.282.6420, option 3, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
