We were recently made aware of fraudlent activity from an unauthorized party against KEMBA Financial Credit Union Debit Cards. We have been closely monitoring this situation to ensure your account is protected. In doing so, it has come to our attention that your KEMBA Debit Card was affected by this activity. Rest assured that your account is safe and no fraudulent transactions were posted to your account; however, in order to further protect your account from any possible fraudulent activity, your KEMBA Debit Card has been blocked and we are in the process of issuing you a new card.
If you have not already visited a branch or called to request your card be reissued, you will receive your new Debit Card(s) in the mail within the next 5-7 days. Please activate your card(s) immediately upon receipt in order to protect your account. If you need your new card sooner, please visit any KEMBA branch, or call us 24 hours a day at 614.235.2395 or 800.282.6420. option 3.
