Solidarity

KEMBA has stood for equality since 1933. However, we are reminded again that equality is not a reality for everyone in our community.

The anger, sadness and frustration so many are feeling right now over injustices experienced in the African-American community is understandable. And when injustice happens in one community, all communities become vulnerable.

Our DNA is people-first. All people. Injustice and inequality are unacceptable. We stand with our community – everyone in our community.

KEMBA remains committed to practicing diversity and inclusion within our organization, and we remain committed to using our influence and platform in the community to encourage others to do the same.
