We are excited to announce that we are re-opening our branch lobbies beginning Monday, August 24.
Safety remains our top priority, and due to statewide mandates, it is required that you wear a mask, plus answer screening questions, and adhere to social distancing standards while visiting the branch. For assistance beyond teller line transactions, we recommend calling ahead to make an appointment, however it is not required.

The state of Ohio issued a mandate regarding the use of masks in public places to slow the spread of the coronavirus. This has, in turn, affected the requirement for mask usage in our branches. As of 6:00pm on July 23, members and visitors will now be required to wear a mask upon entering any branch lobby.
For your convenience, single-use masks will be available at each branch. KEMBA will be following the same exceptions to wearing a mask as listed by Ohio and local mandates, which include any medical or behavioral condition or disability, children under 10 years of age, or communicating with someone who is hearing-impaired.
