Jeana has been in the mortgage and financial industry since 1988, bringing a wealth of experience to her work. Early in her career, she managed multiple offices for a finance company before opening her own mortgage company in 1998, where she oversaw both mortgage production and staff training.

Jeana joined KEMBA Financial Credit Union in 2008, working in the consumer lending department. She earned several awards for top production while handling credit cards, personal loans, car loans, and home equity lines of credit. This broad experience has allowed her to take a holistic approach to helping members make and save money.

In January 2020, Jeana transitioned to the mortgage department. She holds an NMLS license (687115) and an Ohio insurance license (771831). With extensive experience in both conventional and non-conventional lending, including FHA, VA, and home equity financing, Jeana has built strong partnerships with realtors and works closely with members to achieve their homeownership goals. In addition to helping with purchases, she assists members in lowering monthly debts and saving money.

Lisa Butcher brings 30-plus years of mortgage expertise to KEMBA rising in the ranks from processing, underwriting, and management to a mortgage loan officer.

Lisa enjoys helping First Time Homebuyers in Central Ohio buy their dream home with specializing in Conventional, FHA or VA loan products.

Lisa is currently the Vice President of Central Ohio Mortgage Bankers; the Credit team lead for over 10 years with Delaware & Union County Habitat for Humanity, a member of AmSpirit Central Ohio, a member of the Delaware Board of Realtors, and a member of the Marion Ohio Women's Altrusa Group.

Stephanie Arnott brings over 15 years of mortgage finance experience, with nearly 3 years at KEMBA Financial Credit Union.

A member of the Westerville Area Realty Association and a licensed member of the National Association of Realtors, Stephanie has extensive experience in mortgage lending, including expertise in Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA financing, portfolio management, and home equity loan financing. She has successfully managed a team and built referral relationships with area realtors and networking groups.

Stephanie is deeply committed to giving back to the community and volunteers with Westerville Area Resource Ministries, LSS Faith Mission of Columbus, and Make a Difference Delaware County. A dedicated member of her church, she serves in various ministry capacities. Stephanie looks forward to helping KEMBA members and the central Ohio community achieve homeownership. With the support of branch partners, she also helps guide members through the Ohio Homebuyer Savings Plan on their path to homeownership.
